Abcott Construction has completed numerous projects on this multi-tenant, multi-building commercial property located in Brantford. The developer, located in Toronto, has worked with us to prepare the buildings for individual tenant improvements since 2016, as leases are signed. The most recent project involved the demolition and structural work required to encompass an existing exterior canopy within the building envelope to maximize the square footage available. We also fulfilled all landlord requirements regarding the installation of services for the 3,000 SF unit for the proposed restaurant tenant.
