Sainte Marguerite Bourgeoys

With the continued growth of Sainte Marguerite-Bourgeoys, limited space was quickly becoming a pressing concern. Enlisting the help of Abcott Construction, Sainte Marguerite now utilizes their much-needed upgrades and additions. This project features: 

• 5,000 sq ft, two-storey addition for classroom growth
• Vestibule addition
• Library expansion
• Conventional steel framing
• Precast concrete floor slabs
• Two-ply modified bitumen roof system
• Prefabricated insulated wall panels utilized to speed up construction and reduce weather impact over the winter season
• Design Build process which will become the prototype for future projects
