Koolatron

Koolatron, located at 27 Catherine Avenue, in Brantford, is a manufacturer of consumer based plastic products and was in need of additional space to meet their growing needs. The geometry of the existing building, limited site availability and proximity to residential properties all presented a challenge. Abcott Construction was able to provide an additional 58,000 sf of warehouse and manufacturing space including Six (6) interior loading docks ad met all municipal requirements using a design build model. The new addition will be completed in November, 2024.
