A pre-engineered Butler® building system was utilized for the primary footprint of the facility, which included service bays, showroom, and administration. The canopy areas were constructed using conventional methods. The simplicity of the pre-engineered structure and clear span framing system allowed the design flexibility required to meet the client's needs while keeping the project on budget and providing a historic street façade to blend into the surrounding rural area.
