Abcott Construction completed a multi-phase project to convert this three-story office tower to a multi-tenant medical building. 

The first two floors have been completed over two years as required by new tenants. The 7,000 sf third floor renovation added space for three new tenants, including demolition, new partitions & ceilings, doors & frames, flooring, and mechanical & electrical systems.
