Jem Strapping

Jem Strapping is a leading steel strapping manufacturer serving the North American market. They approached Abcott seeking a building addition to house their extensive equipment line, acquired from a Spanish facility. 

Abcott worked meticulously with this client, resulting in a very impressive layout customized to suit some unique design requirements. We have successfully met all our client’s needs, along with accommodating a stringent budget and site geometry challenges. 

The 17,000 square foot addition features a Pre-engineered steel building provided by Butler® Manufacturing, including a 254 ft. length to maximize line capacity and property dimensions, a 22-foot-high storage area, 1650 square feet two-storey office space, a 40-foot-high crane bay as well, and an 80-foot-high equipment tower.
