Associated Tube Canada

The design-build additions for Associate Tube Canada, a Division of Samuel and Co Limited, located in Markham, Ontario, is the latest project completed for the longstanding Abcott client. This project included:

• 17,500 square foot west addition with two new interior loading docks 
• Extension of the existing crane runways. 

This project logistically maintained ATI’s ongoing shipping operations throughout the project. The second addition is a two-storey employee facility, including wheelchair-accessible washrooms, lunchroom, and meeting space.
