Delemere Investments

Delamere Investments, out of Brampton, ON, acquired the Commercial Retail property at 175 Lynden Road in Brantford. The Property consists of four separate buildings totalling approx. 74,000 sf. They were looking to partner with a local contractor to manage all of their construction needs. 

Abcott Construction was first approached to finish a complete façade renovation of the largest building for the newest tenant, Lococo’s grocery. Since then, we have completed numerous tenant improvement projects for Delamere. 

Abcott has now completed on schedule this stand-alone commercial pad site-building. The new building, facing Lynden Road, includes 3,600 sf of square footage for two tenants, including Mary Brown’s Chicken, and leasable space for an additional future tenant.
