After years of patching the existing screw-down metal roof to keep it from leaking, the Building Owner decided it was time to address things with a new roof system.  Abcott installed 21,600 sqft of the Butler MR-24 standing seam roof over-roof system (low profile metal over metal), complete with an additional 3” of insulation to increase the roof R-Value.  All new Butler gutters, downspouts, gable trims, and flashings were installed to create a water-tight seal.
