Constructing multi-tenant industrial building complexes has become a growing commercial construction sector as the demand for lease space in Southern Ontario increases. This unique development in Ancaster includes two separate buildings on a narrow ‘L’ shaped lot. 

Building ‘A’ is 30,000 sf including 20 units, Building ‘B’ is 17,000 sf with seven units ready for tenant lease improvements.
