Nova Steel – Process Additions

Nova Steel in Stoney Creek, a returning Abcott client, contacted us to construct additional space to meet their growing needs. 

The new buildings include: 

• 3,000 square foot Process Bay, 
• 10,000 square foot Coil Storage Bay addition
• 30 ton and 35 ton overhead crane capacity

The project met SP10 requirements and comprised a heavy floor loading with the ongoing challenges of managing construction while maintaining facility operations. This project was completed on schedule with no interruptions to the daily operations.
