Delamere – Hyde Park

Working closely with our client, Abcott Construction is converting the existing Peavy Mart building into a Mixed commercial mulit lease units, creating new space for restaurants, retail, fitness, pet services, and other local businesses.  Construction include a 7,500 sqft addition and removal of the existing building facade to be replaced with new Stone, stucco, and alumnium storefronts.
